Tamar Hamlin He’s speaking to the public on camera for the first time since his life-threatening health scare on the field — and he’s got a lot to say … including a ton of thanks.

The Bills safety released a video on Saturday where he sat down and expressed his thoughts in his own words … and it’s pretty touching. He describes his tremendous success with MNF as somewhat of a blessing — and feels like it has served as an inspiration to others.

DH says he believes he was able to showcase his passion for the game of football during that difficult time…which he hopes will carry forward for others, especially children.

He also thinks it’s a great example of humanity above all else … teams across the NFL coming together to support Damar through his healing journey. Dammer heaped thanks and praise on many people, starting with the Bills’ medical staff.

Damar took down the list of team doctors and personnel who were in the field that day and worked with him … providing CPR and other life-saving measures. He thanked the doctors at the hospitals where he was, his teammates, the Bills Mafia and the NFL.

And of course, he gave a nod to everyone who sent him well wishes … including those who donated millions of dollars to his toy drive. Tamar says it helped her recover.

Tamar has been voicing online His incidentSupporting his teammates from his hospital bed and last week even in person — tweeting words of encouragement along the way.

It’s so incredible to see how far he has come since almost losing his life…a true miracle.
