Marsh announces three leadership appointments

In his new role, which is subject to regulatory approval, Stock will lead the team managing single parent prisoners and special purpose vehicles in Dublin, as well as lead the international consulting and business development team. Stock has over 25 years of industry experience. He succeeds Brian McDonagh, who is retiring after 27 years at Marsh.

Stuart Herbert, (pictured above) currently Head of Marsh Captive Solutions Asia Pacific, has been appointed to the new role of International Captive Consulting Practice Leader, effective January 1. He will report to the stack. In his new role, Herbert will lead a team responsible for captive feasibility studies and strategic reviews for current and prospective captive owners.

Herbert has held various roles since joining Marsh Captive Solutions in 1998. For his new role, he will be relocating to the UK from Singapore. Herbert succeeds Stephen Hawkes, who is retiring after 29 years with Marsh.

Nisala Weerasuriya (pictured above right) Herbert Marsh will become head of Captive Solutions’ Asia Pacific operations. Veerasuriya’s new role includes overseeing captive offices in Singapore, Australia and Labuan, Malaysia.

He has more than 30 years of experience in Veerasuriya Marsh. He currently serves as President of Marsh Captive Solutions’ New York operations. For his new role, Veerasuriya will relocate to Singapore and report to Marsh Captive Solutions, International President William Thomas-Ferrand.
