Global Broker Hub International Ltd continued its M&A spree by acquiring the assets of Georgia-based Chatham Insurance Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Chatham Insurance Partners is an independent commercial and personal insurance company headquartered in Savannah, Ga. The company focuses on sectors including healthcare, construction, high net worth and hospitality.
“We are delighted to welcome Chatham Insurance Partners to the HUB,” said Shawn Norris, President of the HUB Gulf South. “Chatham Insurance Partners is highly regarded for their knowledge and experience in the Savannah market, and they will add depth to our services in the region.”
Chatham Insurance Partners managing partner Greg Sedlock and his team, including Jay Rowe, Eric Horton, Hurley Ryan, Tim Blanco and Jamie Hamrick, will join Hub Gulf South.

Chatham Insurance Partners is the latest in a string of acquisitions for the hub. Earlier this month, the global broker was based in Salt Lake City Dale Barton AgencyBased in Miami AM Insurance Services and is headquartered in California Inventor Insurance Brokers.
