Highstreet Insurance Partners (HSIP) has announced the acquisition of Virginia-based Clark & Sampson Insurance (C&S).
C&S is a third-generation independent insurance company that traces its roots back to 1946. The company offers business and personal insurance, as well as specialized skills for unions, political organizations, nonprofits, and more.
“We are delighted to be expanding our range by joining Highstreet,” said Bill Howard, President of C&S. “Our local expertise and Highstreet’s focus and reach will allow us to provide stellar coverage and service to more businesses throughout the Highstreet community.”

HSIP was established in 2018 Fastest growing insurance companies In North America, it has completed 137 transactions since launch. In August, the company was based in Michigan Paragon Underwriters. The Clark & Sampson acquisition is HSIP’s 37th transaction of 2022.
