A first-time honor for the Taunton-based agency
For the first time, based on Taunton FBinsure, LLC Recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Massachusetts in The Boston Globe’s 15th Annual Employee-Based Survey.

Best Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state. The survey measures employee perceptions of their organization’s direction, implementation, connectivity, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. FBinsure ranked 33rd in the medium employers (100-249 employees) category.
“The pandemic has changed the way we work, and the top employers understand that it’s beyond remote and in-office discussion,” said Katie Johnston, Globe’s Best Places to Work editor. “Workers want flexibility, but they also want more support, more humanity and more purpose.” The Best Places to Work rankings are based on confidential survey data collected from more than 90,000 people at 381 Massachusetts companies by Energage (formerly Workplace Dynamics), an independent firm specializing in employee engagement and retention. The winners share a few key characteristics: providing greater flexibility to work remotely, tracking progress in efforts to support a diverse workforce, and above all.
